XChange Cross-Cultural Training

XChange Cross-Cultural Training is now offering 2-week interactive Zoom courses to prepare you for your next cultural endeavor. Join us from your home for discussions and presentations, but we’re also asking you to venture out into your community. During the course you’ll be asked to go meet people, fulfill assignments, and see common things you encounter daily in a new way.

If you want to thrive overseas and not just survive, let us help you see your desire become a reality.

Dates: 6-17 November 2023 (9 am to 3.30 pm) [Weekdays only]

Who should join: Anyone who will be working or are working cross-culturally or on multi-cultural teams

Requirements: For this class to work you need to be near a city or have access to another culture for interaction. You also need stable internet access to interact with us on Zoom. Lastly you need enough English language ability to interact with classmates.

Cost: 

By 30 September - $175 (GST inclusive)

1 October onwards - $200 (GST inclusive)

  • Soul Care / Boundaries (Taking care of yourself mentally and emotionally)
  • Contextualization (Making your message clear)
  • Evangelism (Basics + Different cultural approaches)
  • Discipleship (3 cultures contrasted: panel discussion)
  • Healthy Lifestyle / Q&A (Best practices from veterans)
  • Missiological Dilemmas (Case studies)
