This is a one to maximum two year Short-Term Internship (STINT) programme where you will be exposed to full-time mission work overseas. Get to know and experience what it means to build spiritual movements in the local ministries.
We will help in sending you well as a staff member of Cru Singapore and provide the necessary support system and trainings. Our desire is to empower you on this journey of serving out your missional calling. Join us to discover how God can use you in the harvest field.

IRs can apply their existing skills, talents and passion to reach communities, campuses and more.
If you are keen to serve in full-time mission work for at least 3 years and beyond, we will be happy to support you in your missionary calling.
STINT programme (1 to 2 years)
New applicants will normally take about three to four months of preparation before he/she leaves for the mission field. The preparation process includes interviews, church’s endorsement, raising prayer and financial supporters and 5 full days of cross cultural training.
In just a year, you and your team can share the message of Jesus’s love and forgiveness to many who do not know Him in places like Japan, Mongolia and Thailand. Your overseas experiences will also help you grow deeper in your relationship with God and living missionally. Do you sense God’s call to go? IR (International Representative)
New applicants will normally take about three to six months of preparation before he/she leaves for the mission field. Those with families may take longer. The preparation process includes interviews, church’s endorsement, medical check ups, raising prayer and financial supporters and 5 weeks of cross cultural training.
Our IRs serve in campuses, churches and communities on a long-term assignment overseas and their primary purpose is for evangelism, training and discipleship. The general guideline for the first term of service is three years (inclusive of language learning). Any subsequent terms will be on a two-year basis.
