These communities are groups of leaders who have a calling to see a spiritual movement among leaders in their city. The city movement is led by qualified leaders, who fulfill several roles. It has a minimum of three leaders known as “partners”, who will serve as event hosts, group leaders, and in other roles as needed.

These city teams are often coached by a LeaderImpact staff or work place leader who helps create systems for communication, operations and training.
