Introduction to Codependency & Emotional Dependency

Codependency (CD) and emotional dependency (ED) can cause a lot of distress in our relationships.

The unhealthy dynamics in these relationships may hinder us from being emotionally healthy and prevent us from cultivating a secure sense of self or a secure attachment style.

If you feel like you have issues with codependency or emotional dependency, have lots of compassion for yourself. There are good reasons why.

As a recovered codependent myself, I had experienced the negative impacts codependency, and I have also witnessed the pain of many I journeyed with, who struggled with CD & ED. I realised how important this topic is & I'm really excited to share with you what I have learnt that has been helpful in overcoming CD & ED for those of you who are desiring growth and change.

Overcoming CD & ED is totally possible! Just as you can change your attachment styles from insecure to secure, it is possible to also learn how to heal from the root causes of CD & ED, and learn skills to help you cultivate healthy & fulfilling relationships.

We hope this new series will be helpful to you & many out there!

With Love,
