How Can I Change My Recurring eGift?

The most convenient way to make changes to your Recurring eGift is to register for a Web Account. This will allow you to update contact information, access your giving history, update your bank account or credit card, and change, suspend or schedule future gifts.

To change your monthly electronic funds transfer, please contact us at:

  • By phone, toll Free: 1-888-278-7233 Option 1, then Option 1 for EFT or Option 3 for Credit Card

Please tell us:

  • The donor account number or the correct spelling of your last name and zip code.
  • The staff or ministry's name and account number.
  • The change you would like to make. 

*We cannot take bank information over the phone. Therefor if you are unable to register for a Web Account you may fax us a copy of a new check or mail us a voided check. Bank Change Form

Note:  Automatic withdrawal, Bank Account Direct Giving and EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) are 3 terms used to refer to the process of transferring funds from your bank account (at the request of the account holder). They are used interchangeably.
