Impact Movement's national conference is a hallmark event. This conference is designed to build momentum, train leaders, and give newcomers a venue to join. Over the years, the Impact Conference has become a rallying point for those of African descent. Since its beginning in 1991, this conference has hosted more than 16,000 participants.
