When: Friday, October 25-27, 2024; Registration begins Friday, October 25 at 7pm. Departure is Sunday, October 27 at 1pm.

 

Where: IMMI Conference Center in Westfield, IN. 

 

Cost: $99, which includes the registration fee, five meals, and two nights in a hotel.

Are there travel subsidies available?

 
We’re offering travel subsidies to campus movements, not to individuals or cars, to distribute as the campus staff deems helpful. If your campus is 300-499 miles away one way, your campus will receive $150 to help alleviate some of the travel costs for students to get to Indianapolis. If your campus is 500+ miles away one way, your campus will receive $250. After the first student from your campus registers, email us at crumusic@cru.org, and we’ll help you with the details.

 

How would I describe Worship Arts 24 to my friends?

 

Worship Arts Conference is a gathering for creatives that desire to grow in their love of Jesus, excellence in their art, and a heart of worship.

 

What can I expect this year?

 

Skill Based Training. Breakout sessions will include practical, hands on, skill based training for musicians, production members, and event programmers/planners.

 

Networking and Relationship Building. Students and staff will have the opportunity to interact with other creatives within Cru and other ministries that share similar interests, passions, and skills.

 

A Place of Rest and Worship. Student leaders will experience a place to rest from responsibilities of ministry on campus and enjoy connecting with other students and worshiping together.

 

Equipped to Return to Campus. Students will return back to their campus feeling more equipped in various skills and challenged to consider how they might better leverage their skills and experience for the Great Commission.

 

Optional Winter Conference Audition Opportunity. Students will have the opportunity to audition for the Minneapolis, Indianapolis, D.C., and Northeast Winter Conference worship teams, receiving feedback and coaching along the way. This audition is open to all instrumentalists and vocalists. Audition music will be provided ahead of time, during the registration process. 

 

Can I bring friends with me?

 

Yes, in fact we encourage it! We’d love to see you bring your whole campus band or creative team. And if you’re flying solo this year, we’d love to help connect you with others at the conference!

 

What do I need to know about the audition for the Winter Conference worship band?

 

Audition songs will be attached in the email you receive when you register, pitch corrected recordings will also be included to make your practicing as easy as possible. Information about how the audition will run as well as a Q&A will be a dedicated portion of the conference. Come prepared to worship together and bring the best you can!
