College Ministry Resources
Get Found | Meet New Students | Continue the Mission
Welcome!
The resources on this site are designed for US college ministry leaders to apply classic, win-build-send ministry strategy to the new reality of digital-first outreach necessary because of COVID-19 restrictions.
These resources are not created for high school ministry or international contexts.
This site is not meant to tell you what you have to do. It is designed to teach principles and offer examples of US college ministry so you can decide what are next best steps for you and your team.
“Where do I start?”

Strategy
Win, Build, Send Flywheel

This is the win, build, send strategy flywheel. For years, Cru has effectively moved students from the left to the right through in-person tactics. Due to COVID-19, many of those tactics are no longer available. Flip through the slidedeck to see how digital tools and social media can be used to reach students at each step of the journey. Still Confused?

Tactics
Strategy Applied In Context
Win Students
Win tactics are designed for people who are not yet following Jesus.
Contacts are people who have shared their personal information and are willing to meet with you for a particular reason. Your first priority with a contact is to deliver on the reason they asked to meet with you. After satisfying the reason for your meeting, ask permission to share the gospel, and invite them to follow Jesus.
Build and Send
Build tactics are designed for disciples of Jesus to help them grow in faith and ministry skill. Send tactics are designed to mobilize multiplying disciples to fulfill the Great Commission.
